It's been a while since I messed with .nuspecs, but adding your output files to the .nuspec might do the trick.

Assuming the files you want to package are Actions.core.dll and Actions.core.xml, and your .nuspec is located in the project root folder (where the solution file is located), this should work:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<package xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/packaging/2011/08/nuspec.xsd">
  <metadata>
    <id>Actions.core</id>
    <version>0.1.4.2</version>
    <title>JAOT.Duality.Plugins.Actions</title>
    <authors>José Teixeira</authors>
    <owners>José Teixeira</owners>
    <licenseUrl>https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT</licenseUrl>
    <projectUrl>https://github.com/JAOT/Duality.Actions</projectUrl>
    <iconUrl>https://raw.githubusercontent.com/JAOT/Duality.Actions/master/lighting.png</iconUrl>
    <requireLicenseAcceptance>false</requireLicenseAcceptance>
    <description>A set of actions for Duality
Project forum page:
http://forum.adamslair.net/viewtopic.php?f=18&amp;t=1059</description>
    <summary>A collection of predefined actions/behaviours for Duality Framework: http://duality.adamslair.net</summary>
    <releaseNotes>Reworked some actions, some cleanup also.
Trying to clear Nuget errors in my part.</releaseNotes>
    <language>en</language>
    <tags>Duality Plugin Core Input</tags>
  </metadata>
  <files>
   <file src="CorePlugin\bin\Release\Actions.core.dll" target="lib" />
   <file src="CorePlugin\bin\Release\Actions.core.xml" target="lib" />
  </files>
</package>
Adjust the paths to the actual paths. You can also include the .pdb file if you'd like.

Again, it's been some time since I wrote a .nuspec, so I might be wrong, but I think this should get your package to show up in the Duality package manager.
