I'm playing around with the tilemap-wip branch of Duality, so I understand that it's entirely possible the features I'm looking for don't exist at all and no worries if they don't ... is it possible to create Tilesets within the editor? I can create a Tileset resource but I can't figure out a way to associate it with a pixmap or texture in order to actually get some tiles into it. The property inspector only has BaseMaterial, TileCount and TileSize and I can't see a way to associate a texture with the BaseMaterial or set a different Material created with another texture. Is it possible to do this in the current version of the editor?

As you suspected, this functionality isn't implemented yet in the (pre-Alpha) tilemap-wip branch, but I'm working on it. ^^

For your tests, you can create (and save) Tilesets programmatically, which is how I've created my testing Tileset. The property you are looking for is likely RenderConfig. Also, don't forget to call Compile on the Tileset if you want to use it immediately after your changes (without a reload), so it can re-generate its textures and materials internally.
