Maybe you are using the FilterMag and FilterMin in your Textures ? That happened to me when I tried to do a pixel-art game.

Did you check the Material and Texture settings as well? Are they using the same DrawTechnique? Are the Textures and Pixmaps configured exactly the same?

I checked the Material and Texture settings etc.. Everything seams correct..

The problem occurs yesterday. Today it works fine.
Maybe an OpenGL error?

Could be. Hard to say without further context. If it occurs again or you have a way to reproduce it, let me know!

// edit:

I used the "Mask" drawtechnique.. so the "Alpha"-drawtechnique fixed the issue..

Mask is really just for sharp alpha cutouts and how smooth the edges are will depend on Antialiasing settings. In general, when you have smooth gradients or something that is supposed to be semi-transparent, Alpha is a much better choice.
