Hi all, it's my first topic here! :)
New to Duality, only yesterday found it and already have warm feelings to this game engine.
I'm coming from Cocos2d-x background...
Does Duality has something similar to Cocos2d-x actions? (FadeIn, FadeOut, MoveTo, RotateBy and etc.)
I found actions to be very powerful concept and to have them in Duality will be great addition...
Thanks!

Hi mikeg,

welcome to the duality forum :)

I'm not sure, but i think there isn't such implementation in duality.

Hi Cross, thanks!

Here is Cocos2d Actions API implemented in another game engine (UrhoSharp):

Basically it can be adopted to Duality but I still newbie here.

Sounds like you're interesting in easing or a tween engine? What about https://gist.github.com/nickgravelyn/4953988 or http://universaltweenengine.codeplex.com/

I haven't tried them myself, maybe some here can comment on their usefulness or even if they work in duality?

Cool libraries!
I've adopted TinyTween library to Duality!
What is the convenient whey to provide it to other developers? As a plugin?
How do I pack it as a package?

You could publish a new Duality package with that code compiled as a plugin, but since this is really just one single, completely static source file with no other dependencies as Duality, that might be over the top for now, although something like this might be a neat package at some point :)

Right now, I'd probably put it on GitHub as a new gist, like the original author did, quick and easy. Make sure to include the original license header as well as a remark on your own port / changes!

Edit: In any case, here's some more info on the topic of package deployment.
